Happy New Year! With my favorite bunny and sheep at the classical Chinese garden in West Seattle. I love shooting here. It's so peaceful and beautiful, and those geometric patterns are the neatest.
Deep cleaning the house is a part of new year's prep; I wrote about the tradition for The Seattle Times here.

Easy peasy Chinese New Year craft: supplies, parts and finished puppet! This is a good project to bookmark for next year too — the Year of the Dragon.
Another new year's craft; it's a free project you can pick up at Bell Square's guest services desk.
