Is the Pacific Science Center ever reopening? There's an ambiguous statement on the PSC site, so I went to find out.
Right now, only building 4, the special ex building, is open. There's a traveling hockey exhibit — Seattle is its first stop — and admission for members is $20. It's fun if you are huge hockey fans. (We are not.) The IMAX theater and laser dome are scheduled to open in "early 2022," so maybe by March? No word on the rest of the museum.
We miss the butterflies. 
We could only try the Archimedes screw, because that's one you can't turn off.
The science center was such a let down. But the kids had a great time at the the playground in Seattle Center that scares the daylights out of me.
