It's feeling like spring! Dry weather, nearly 60 degrees, and light out until 5:30 p.m. or so. I am starting to remember how easy summers are, when all we do is hang out at the park (and I don't have entertain a cooped-up kid).

There's a house on Boston Street with the most beautiful garden. The lady was outside raking, and when I told her how lovely her yard is, she said, "Oh, I'm already behind!" She puts a lot of work into it; all we do is walk by and enjoy the flowers. 😉

Blooming bushes at Joseph's favorite playground, Maple Leaf. Just another February day in Seattle!

And another kind of flower... the kind my child likes to decorate with numbers in chalk.
