Seattle vs Eastside

The tents and RVs taking over Seattle's parks make them unusable. I was so upset to find needles scattered all over of our favorite parks, the Donnie Chin International Children's Park in the ID.

Ugh, these needles were totally camouflaged in the wood chips.
Seattle's community centers closed in March 2020 and they're still closed.
One bright spot in our day: bubble tea! Though we did have to sidestep someone's encampment to enter the bubble tea shop.
In contrast, this is Bellevue. There's an ORCA SPRAY PARK. Big, clean, totally wonderful.
We even saw a Taiwanese flag on the play fort. Turns out Bellevue is sister cities with Hualien, Taiwan.
