Joseph is really into peek-a-boo these days. He will engage anyone who will play along, including strangers at the zoo and a museum security guard. He thinks that if you can't see his eyes, then the rest of him is invisible. Super sneaky! We went to the zoo yesterday and Joseph was absolutely delighted to find that the elephant likes to play with a "ball-ball" too. These handmade shoes I bought Joseph have proven water-resistant, but not waterproof. So I've ordered another pair of $50 baby shoes that will hopefully get us through the winter. Seriously. Me, who considers using an entire cotton ball a splurge (I usually tear them in half).
