I've never been to Washington's State Fair, but we hit the New York State Fair because it was really close by (in Geddes), cheap ($1 for my adult ticket, $6 for parking) and fun (see below). We did the fair on the cheap: no crazy rides, and $1 hot dogs and $0.25 chocolate milk. We spent more money on feeding the animals than ourselves.
