Milk Bar opened an outpost at Bellevue Square, and we tried 6 of the 7 cookie flavors. The 7th, corn, was out of stock. $17 for 6 cookies.

Pros: Driving over I-90 is much easier than a cross-country flight. The cornflake chocolate chip marshmallow was devastatingly sweet in the best way.

Cons: The goods are baked in California, not Nordstrom, so sadly lacking that fresh-from-the-oven scent. The gluten free fruity marshmallow had a chemically aftertaste like Froot Loops.

Weird: The salty compost cookie. Yes, compost cookie.
