Congrats to my brother, Andrew, for finishing the Seattle Rock 'n' Roll marathon! He flew through his first marathon in just under 4 hours, 11 minutes. What's amazing is 弟弟 looked completely normal after 26.2 miles, not sweaty, red-faced and out-of-breath (like me after 3 miles). Wasn't sore the next day, either. He makes marathon running look easy! Before... and after!
