Joseph is almost four-and-a-half (same age I was when I came to the U.S.) and speaks beautiful, beautiful Mandarin. I know he will go to school and switch to all English. Fine. I've given him four years of immersion learning, and it's stuck in his head whether he likes it or not. I've done my job.
