Dinosaur Discovery at Woodland Park Zoo

Dinosaur robots at the zoo! This super cool exhibit just opened and runs through Labor Day. The guy who designed the dinos also worked on the "Jurassic Park" movie. Here's my story for ParentMap.

This T-Rex head is one of three dinosaurs at the West entrance to the zoo.
I asked Paul the name of this dinosaur. He carefully studied the sign in front of it and read, "One Way Only." (It's Brachiosaurus.)
Gastonia
T-Rex
Triceratops
Maiasaur
Herrerasaurus
Parasaurolophus

After visiting the dinosaurs, we made the big loop around to see the rest of the animals, something we haven't done in more than a year. Our zoo is so beautiful — it's more like a park where animals happen to live. I have walked that loop so many times I know it like the back of my hand. At the end, both kids wanted to sit down and rest for a bit. We are out of shape from staying home!

Joseph really wanted to see a bunny, but the family farm was closed. We found a bunny anyway!
Is it me or has that hippo sculpture shrunk?
