Hello, shiao long bao! I cannot believe this is only the third time in Joseph's two years we've been to Din Tai Fung. The first time, Joseph was so little he just laid in his infant seat and gazed at his fascinating hands. The second time, Joseph wasn't really eating solids yet, but he did have a tiny lick of a taro bao (which he liked). And today, boy, Joseph could not get enough of the deliciousness that is Din Tai Fung. As we were leaving, he cried, "還要吃小龍包!" Truly, he is my kid. Shiao long bao masters hard at work.
