When my friend came to visit, she fell right in with Joseph's schedule, which involves a lot of snacking, napping, potty-ing and bedtime at 7:30. Sorry we aren't more exciting! Little kids are needy. We did manage one adventure, rowing on Lake Union in a boat borrowed from the Center for Wooden Boats. Chris handled the oars part, and Joseph loved his first time on the water. The next morning, I finally stopped feeling the rocking waves. We went to the new-ish Din Tai Fung at University Village, where we got in with the first seating at 10 a.m. Mmm, soup dumplings! My friend gave Joseph a hug before driving back to Portland, and this is the face his makes?!  But after 阿姨 left, Joseph kept asking, "她去哪裡了? 她什麼時候回來?" Yes, please come back soon!
