Bits of Syracuse
Last couple random pictures from Syracuse...
Pastries from the Amish bakers at the CNY farmer's market. Mini pies were so cute, but teeth-achingly sweet.
Racing to the playground.

The new education center at Green Lakes State Park.
I picked up this Erica Bauermeister book from the Little Free Library, carried it around for 2 weeks and never got around to reading it! Ugh. Someday I will read for fun again.
Spotted this little bunny at Canal Landing Park.
We got to Solvay fest early, so we practically had the bouncy houses to ourselves.
Even the baby went in!
Flight simulator at the MOST. We have some terrible pilots. Luckily this is a special kind of plane that can fly right through mountains.
The new-to-us DeWitt Community Library opened 2 years ago and it is gorgeous. Designed by King & King. I love how the mural aligns with the landscape outside the window. Also, Ms. Jenny puts on the most incredible children's programming.
Joseph's absolute favorite thing about Syracuse was Green Lakes State Park. There's a sandy beach, sloped entry and a lifeguarded swimming area. (PNW water is never warm enough to actually swim in!) Pro tip: stick a senior in the car and everyone gets free entry Mondays to Thursdays.
