Southcenter has allllll the Taiwanese snacks. There's Meet Fresh, which has the best bubble tea and tofu pudding. And 85 degrees C, where I stock up on at least one of everything. Din Tai Fung was packed, so we didn't go in, but we got to watch them making those beautiful little balls of yumminess from the window.
