Gosh, I hadn't been back to Ithaca since that disastrous year we lived there when I was 16. We went for a college tour of Cornell (2/3 of the Chen sibs are alumns). Super pretty campus. . . . . . . . . We went to see the famous gorge right off Collegetown (ie Ithaca is gorges).   I asked the kids what they liked best: ice cream and cheese from the Dairy bar, made with milk from Cornell's resident herd of Holsteins. * Not a real Holstein.
