Playtime

My minimalist aesthetic went out the window about a year ago. It happened so fast: one day Joseph was a baby happy to examine his fingers or look at the trees outside, then the next day he became a little person interested in real toys. Our living room constantly looks like an exploded toy store, but that's the way the home of a happy toddler should look. (Or so I try to tell myself.) Now I'm the worst offender in adding kid-clutter. I can't seem to stop at Target, or lately even the QFC, without picking up a little something for my fella. Seriously, who can resist this face?
