Soft opening for Meet Fresh's Seattle location!! It's on the first floor of a swanky apartment building on 5th, on the border between the ID and downtown, and I hope it will do well. Selfishly, because I am SO EXCITED to not have to drive to Bellevue to get my tofu pudding fix. But also because this city needs thriving businesses and foot traffic instead of another empty storefront. We walked around a bit afterwards too, something I wouldn't have done a year or two ago. The mayor's making good on his promise the clean up the streets.
